G. Terms of Stay

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in.
  • Check-in time is Anytime and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Full payment must be made as per the booking terms. Payments can be made via Cash or UPI.
  • Cancellations or no-shows may attract cancellation charges.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Smoking, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Hotel Shree Darshnam is not responsible for loss or theft of guest belongings.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
